Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase price of the undamaged items, excluding shipping costs, within 7 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Read all about it on our returns & refunds page.
Are your glasses original?
Yes. We sell original branded glasses, just like the ones you get in the pub, featuring the brewery's official logo. For example, take a look at our Grolsch glasses, Hertog Jan glasses, or Leffe glasses.
Which glass goes with which beer?
The best glass is the one provided by the brewery itself, as it is designed for that specific beer. As a rule of thumb:
- Drink pilsner from a slender glass, small chalice, or flute to retain its carbonation.
- Abbey and Trappist beers, such as a double or triple, are best enjoyed from a chalice or goblet.
- Drink wheat beer from a tall wheat beer glass, leaving room for the head.
- Strong and hoppy beers pair well with a tulip glass, which concentrates their aroma.
Are the beer glasses dishwasher-safe?
Most glasses are dishwasher-safe, but we recommend washing them by hand. Prints and logos may fade in the dishwasher over time. Use lukewarm water with a little dish soap, rinse thoroughly with cold water, and let the glasses air-dry.
Why doesn't my beer have a nice head?
Usually, there is still a thin layer of grease or detergent in the glass. Rinse the glass with cold water just before pouring. Pour the beer into the glass at an angle first, then set the glass upright to create a nice head.
Do you have sets or gift packages?
Yes! In our combo packs you will find sets with multiple glasses from the same brand, such as Grimbergen, Texels, Erdinger and Kasteel. A great gift for any beer lover.
Will the sold-out retro glasses be back in stock?
Usually not. Our retro beer glasses are no longer made and we only have a limited stock. If a glass is sold out, it is often gone for good.
